Update 21 December 2008:

At the place where Bernhard was found dead in December 2006 there was no spotlight and no lamp until December 2007:

During the year 2008 to lamps have been installed: the spotlight on the fire staircase und a lamp beneath the camera:

In spite of these installations it is impossible to take videos on this scene from the opposite because there is no possibility to fixe a camera. There is a green corridor and no possibility to install a camera:
